How the work is run.
State the status, not the ambition
Beta means beta. Nothing here is called live because it is nearly live, and nothing private appears at all.
Pricing belongs inside the product
This site does not restate prices. A restated price goes stale the day it changes, so the number shown in the product is the only number.
Memory is the hard part
Most of the field is about state surviving the tooling around it: agent runtimes that remember, permanent archives, and the integrity checks between them.
Leave it changeable
The last deliverable on any job is whatever the next person needs in order to work on it without calling me.
